I also forgot to mention the atrocious upgrade perks, mainly for combat.
For some reason they thought it'd be okay to give a sniper rifle for this as one of the upgrade perks even though you can't see past 5 feet in 'detection mode' and have a time limit so it's basically pointless, and actually using it in combat is clumsy as forget.

Still its all about (Hackers) and thats just sad how those people work... sad that people like that cant get there own money by working or doing something else.

There's actually a tool in use by police forces(if I remember right, and I think certain types of buses?) that can change light colors for them in case of emergencies(the police one turns all lights red so the police car can speed through) or if a bus is late or something(bus one changes only routewise lights).
Wouldn't be too hard to replicate in a phone.

Probably so pressure and output can be handled by an automatic machine. You could maybe overload it by forcing more steam to be vented there, but I highly doubt it would take 2-3 seconds like it does in watch dogs if you had that capability

Also, lets not freak about this DLC. There's other games that have had day 1 DLC, and DLC on the disk to unlock later.

It's more that the actual DLC is overpriced and fairly stuffty than the fact that it's a day 1 DLC.
