while its here i think you rely a bit too much on brickpacks, when i think of cohort they usually dont use a ton of custom bricks but i dont know. I just keep getting this custom brick saturation feeling from a lot of peoples builds.

i'm not one to say, well other than it being in general discussion which is a bit odd, but i think cohort prefers builds built with default as it shows that the builder is more able to work with less like macgyver

Interior is alright for the style you went for. Very simplistic and modern, not my style but I can respect it.

My only concern is that I know that Sylvanor made most that interior being it the penthouse in his condo complex. You just went along and
furbished it. Id feel better about this app if the build was 100% by you.

If the bricks are there, use them I say. Unless the brick you use is made to be the specific object you intend to build, it should be okay.

I love your interior work, and also, having seen your work in the past, your exterior work as well.
My only concern is that you wouldn't be as skilled if the build wasn't a house/interior. I'm unsure of how you work on larger-scale projects and I don't know much about you as a person, but even so, I'll say yes.

I'm probably not going to be the first to say this, but, I think all this is just adequate.
Don't get me wrong, you're an outstanding builder, but I think interior design is something that you might want to work on.

Most of the furniture looks very bland. I suggest adding more color and maybe even some accessories to them like knobs, handles, etc.

Love your houses though <3
