I've been doing so many solo things that I've been unlocking characters like crazy.
I don't know how [SPOILERS:](I haven't played classic on 7.0 intensity or 120 matches), but I somehow got Jigglypuff.
Unlocked characters so far for me:

Dark Pit
Dr. Mario
Ness
Jigglypuff
Wario
Falco

You can get Duck Hunt Dog by playing Classic mode 10 times (idk if you need different characters). You can get Bowser Jr. by beating Classic at 7.0 or more with Bowser.
