well it's pretty good and imo the best game on the 3ds right now

however, i don't think smash 3ds is a must buy if you own a wii u and plan to get smash wii u for it. wii u version will without a doubt be superior

I don't think it's worth it at all. I'm not a huge fan of the physics system of Brawl/SSB4 and there's nothing to do but unlock everything and play multiplayer really. If you have lots of friends or you go to conventions a lot, 3DS is definitely the most convenient multiplayer smash game though. Personally I would wait until the Wii U version, at least that will have more content, Gamecube controllers, and more modes.
