Only one person got that copy of SSB4.
Only way he could get it fixed is if he got a new copy or re-downloaded it from the eShop.

on another subject, is it me or do amiibos sometimes refuse to learn certain things? for example, as ness or game&watch mario still continuously spams fireball even though I always absorb it with psi magnet/oil panic
