I was referring to you saying the Mii Gunner is bad when in reality he could or could not be, nothing more. I should've been clearer.

Sick, a lady came into Target (when I was going to buy a Wii U and Smash) looking for one of those, had to tell her the awful news that she wasn't getting one for her son without paying an arm and a leg or getting lucky.

Rolling and spamming a move or two seems like one of those strategies you could counter easily. Kinda like when you meet Ganondorf players online that use side B quite often. They get you with a few hits and then you can avoid it.
I'm not sure how you'd place a Mii fighter on a tier list, anyway. There's a lot of customization options and such.
