yeah that's my problem, though. captain falcon moves so quick enough and can attack so quickly after doing a different move, i can't get him with any of the guys i use for more then like 8% if i'm lucky

i mean falcon can hit donkey kong AS he's being hit by dk's regular attack

example: whenever I play megaman, bots usually perfect shield my neutral shot.

Falcon has a lot of moves that you can punish if he misses with them though.
Literally all of his B's leave him open if he misses.

you just have to play defensively and wait for them to forget up, then attack them.

I rarely struggle against Fire Emblem bots, even with their near frame-perfect counters. Maybe you just need to git gud and lern 2 punish.
