so since no one has seemed to look at the description of the video, it appears to be a copy-paste of a wikipedia page
i have absolutely no idea how this could be related, but when i cut out all the "user:__" stuff (one account was not registered, one was terminated) and only searched the table of contents, i found this as the only result (along with his video)

Alright, I'm going to attempt to use CWGet on the morse code, I could probably find something.
Simply converting the mp3 from the video file on youtube to a wav should help me decode this

Also the morse code reminds me of when Portal 2 was announced, about 3-4 days before its announcement, the game itself was updated with 26 radios in different testing chambers
I'm not sure if I'm correct but this seems to link up to that ARG very well.
If there begins to be SSTV transmissions coming in, I recommend you guys find a good SSTV reciever, It'll help such as in this case:
