In this order:
open up YouTube, Imgur, and blf all in separate tabs
check up on videos, then I go to Imgur and go through images until I reach repeats.
after Imgur, I go to blf and start on Off topic, go to games, then see what's up in drama. Rinse and repeat
I will sometime go on facebook, cringe, then leave, all in less than 10 seconds
I will then go to Woot! and Amazon, just to browse.
go back to step 1-3 (may vary)
this is usually the time I get on steam and play some video games for a few hours
