Honestly, the parking lot is getting more attention than the building itself.
Add landscaping (aka trees, and bushes) also add more architectural details to the building to help it stand out more.

Haha, it really is, isn't it? I've already added some trees around the grass and I'm working on a "vine" sort of look on the bottom part of the façade and wrapping around...I'm also adding some lights

Sorta...It took me a while to decide on a floor plan and finally chose the 6 per floor one...then ya just duped it up 9 floors and edited the "lobby" area, added a control room and wallah! But the parking lot was completely done brick by brick...didn't use the duplicator once.
p.s. I use /dup (sarcastically)

You should include more pics of the interior. Also, I recommend making an interior wall, so that you separate the exterior. Other than that, it looks great!

Yeah...but its Blockland, isn't it? The elevator itself isn't entirely realistic so why can't the shaft not be entirely realistic, am I right?

Why you ask people: release or not? Of course yes! I just sure it can be finded as a useful build or a part of the buildings in the most servers. I think, you're a one of best builders today in blockland. Just find your own way and style. I like this simple build, all these rooms, corridors, etc. What else need for good close quarters fighting, 10/10.
