I just find it terrible when criticism is too gentle.
If you give somebody a false sense of capability, then you're setting them up to take a bigger fall later.

i get what you mean but you seriously dont have to pound them into the ground if they're just starting
they get the feeling that they're going to just be stuff at what they're doing so they stop doing it
thats why i never make music anymore
