The Order of the Silver Crest was a secret ancient group of philosophers and "unionized members of the working class" that was present at the time before arrival of Christianity in Erinaum.  They taught ideas of free thinking even at a time when the Iveks of old were often honored and worshipped like gods.  When Christianity arrived, they reformed and became a missionary doctrine organization that taught ideas similar to the Reformation, opposing the Church.  They remained small and hidden until the Reformation, where proliferation of their ideas had soaked into the minds of the people.  This order has since remained a religious group that teaches freethinking and self-governance.  Since TE was established, The Order lost almost all its influence, and left the TE in search of asylum.

It's possible that the Terran Empire didn't, but it would be rather hard to find out. Also, because you're a nation, you don't need a flag and an emblem, just a flag. I am aware that I made quite a few retcons to the Terran Empire to fit this RP, but I think it's for the better. I will probably add Erinamese to the TE, though. As for DEFCON; I want it to be technologically independent, so while today DEFCON 0 would be a normal war, in 50 years it would be an interplanetary one.

The language looked Nordic to me, it would make sense to be in an icy biome. Besides, Icy =/= really cold all year round. You're in more of a Taiga.

Erinaum traditionally begins in custom maps in wine country near mountains.  In Earth maps, it's at the Yellow River Delta.

The Commonwealth, since their colony is new, works on adding public works, initially looking for energy sources.

Since our colonization resources are very limited, primary concerns are food, water and shelter.

Water purification systems are set up.  In clear, flat areas, solar panels are set up.

Biologists go on regular excursions into the wild to study the wildlife, and what kind of animals live on this planet.  Many species, since they have not seen humanity before, are mostly curious, and do not attack or try to flee.
