Here, I will start it off.

You may either get a horrible quality/jpeg'd image from the internet, or you can jpeg an image by resizing the image you want to jpeg.

that looks more like it was just pixelated
a lot of image formats will look pixelated when you zoom in on them or resize them a bunch. it's because images are made of pixels.

here's an image that has been properly jpg-ified. you have to lower the image quality when you save the picture, something to do with compression or whatever. i'm not an expert.

you can clearly tell what they are they've just been compressed so it loses a little quality

i figured that because op thought that pixel filter = jpeg image, he wanted images that were brutally compressed
and that's kinda what all of the responses to past "post jpeg images" threads were, so
