I think that rape is different from robbery and murder because rape is a result of natural biological functions on a more sacred (I guess would be the word?) level than robbery or murder. I'm not a psychologist or sociologist but I think while robbery is a form of survival (a very savage one at that) rape is something much more... personal. Robbery is either "I want your food so I can survive" or "I your TV and the pleasure that comes from your TV" while rape is "I want you and the pleasure you bring."
I think that heteroloveual rape is worse than homoloveual rape because women have the parts that make babies. That's pretty much it.
I also have views on women in the army that is "combat roles aren't for women" and other things but they're mostly related to how men are physically stronger than women and that's for another topic.

you are ending a life that has so much potential for success, or is already succeeding. ENDING it. There's no way to recover, and you ruin multiple people (family, friends) as a result
With rape, you can recover from it, yes there are many mental effects and society will look at you differently which is horrible, but at the same time, you have the ability to recover. You have the ability to take action against the one who raped you, watch that person be punished severely and get a lot of respect/support from others.
Understandably the issue takes a huge toll, and rape is terrible in every extent, but it's not worse than murder. with rape, you can continue your life, keep your family, pursue success, robbery on the other hand is not as bad as rape, I agree with you on that point, but otherwise I don't see rape as being as bad as murder
