Getting the speedkart in a custom gamemode?

Is there any way to get the speedkart vehicles spawnable via regular spawn plates in a custom gamemode? (i.e add-on pack or something)

Just load it as a normal add-on. It's also updated to have sounds and a new kart, the Hover.
