I made the desktop picture. At the top, you see an audio reactor. I made my windows to where they look like windows 7 (Clear Aero Glass Windows)
I am running this on Windows 8.1

I didn't change anything about Aero+, if that's what you're asking. I just downloaded and applied the theme.
