I only really eat a lot during dinner. Breakfast and lunch are usually just annoying extra meals I have to put up with.
Anyway, I almost always have homemade food (which does not mean microwave dinners). This includes salads, soups, chilis, pastas, casseroles, medleys, etc. Fast food is usually only had when on trips or special occasions while out.
My brother (Georges) and I ride ~2 miles everyday, he on his bike, me on my Rollerblades (guess who gets the better workout, lol). I really should exercise my upper body too though...
Also, I feel like this is an appropriate topic to bring this up in. Good food isn't "healthy" for you, it's healthful (i.e. full of health). Healthy indicates that the food is what is the medium of health. Unless you're eating fresh, raw fruits and veggies, your food isn't "healthy". It pains me when even nutritionists misuse this... :/
