What do your parents think about Blockland?

That stage will never end for me. At 18, mother still wants to enforce one hour every day for enjoyment on the computer. She will sometimes try to abuse it though, such as counting job searching and volunteer hunting as free time when she demands that I do so.

my dad is ok with blockland but if he sees cursing and/or blood i get kicked off of blockland for rest of day... even though i curse like a sailor in blockland xD

my parents just claim i shut them out and guilt trip me when they feel i've been on too long

They know about Blockland and they think it's a nice game.

If they found out I had a forum account I wouldn't be able to do anything for a few years

They just bought it for me and know nothing about the forums. One time I accidentally left the game on a server, and my mom banned me from the server because they cussed a lot. She said nothing else, even though the server I was supposedly banned from's host wiped off the face of the internet a few days later.

Also the dying sound is funny to my mom.

i remember my dad made a comment about the forums back when i first joined. i asked him for help on installing gta maps and he saw trader say forget in one of the comments and was like "this is legos?"


but now i regularly tell them about my bl and forum escapades. im actually pretty open with bl when it comes to friends and family

I have mentioned a few things to my mom about forums. One time she was walking by and noticed cuss words in the chat box. She said something about it and I said I ignore it and I hear five times that language at school. I got a talking to that night but she ended up letting me play it. I have told her a few things about the forums but I don't think she knows how morbid it gets in here. I don't think my dad would care much. I think he is mainly concerned about the internet he has to pay for and if it takes up too much of my time.
