How do I set a colorset?

I have Trueno's colorset in my Add-Ons folder but when I start my server I can't figure out where to set it. Any ideas?

There is a way to do it without any mods.

Open the Colorset_Whatever.zip file, and copy out the colorset.txt file to your desktop or something
Go into Blockland/Config/Server
Copy the colorset.txt file into there, and overwrite the existing one.
Your colorset has been changed.
