Well yeah you can pull in random people from the crowd...
The thing is it was my team and we all quite easily coordinated joining at the same time
And the other team was an organised one established for a couple days but then disbanded after losing; I see you concern sure, I've been apart of your tournament and I understand that it can be difficult. The perspective that my team has had though so far is that if 1 person doesn't show up they let down 6+ other people. If someone doesn't show up at yours they let down 1 other teammate.
We're not saying "Oooo we iz soe much betr at organiseseng", but we just feel that mentality will carry across to a lot of the people involved :)
Also note to people saying they want to join an unformed team, it's best if you start the team your self as a captain or something and try and get friends and scout people into it! Stop by when the server is up for practice and you're bound to find some great players!
