also from what I heard, washing your car in public veiw is against the village ordinance. So yeah... not really the cops fault for giving the guy a ticket. But imo that cop sounds like a richard anyways.

the only thing audible needed for driving is hearing the car honks, and maybe some frustrated guy yelling at you
there's not many audible cues, it's near-purely visual unless you have a passenger telling you not to forget up and how not to do so

emergency vehicle sirens/megaphones telling people to pull over
most lightbars on emergency vehicles are hard to see during day

Being tasered 19 times by standard police-issued tasers will more than likely lead to death. It's most likely he was tased once (if he was actually tased). Plus, he's sixteen years old, not ten or twelve. He may have attempted to attack them at first as well for reasons, but there's no saying as there's no actual evidence for anything.

I know not all cops are horrible. I'm friends with several cops in my town, one used to be my band instructor in middle school. I'm just saying, a lot of cops do stupid thing. I mean, he mistaked a blind mans cane, for a samurai sword.
