I've seen this video before. Its a horribly biased video, where Dennis Prager (who is of course Jewish) makes you think this conflict is easy to explain. He doesn't provide info about the massacres against the palestinians that took place immediately after Israel was created. He doesn't bother to state how hundreds upon hundreds of thousands of Palestinians fled for their lives and became/still are refugees. It's an extremely complicated conflict that becomes more complicated each time another person dies, whether Israeli or Palestinian. The video is good however, if you want to know what textbooks tell you in the USA about the creation of Israel.

Basically this is an endless cycle of revenge that can only permanently end with the destruction and taking of the land of one of the warring factions.

I'm not seeing Hamas winning anything in this situation, but hey, they get points for trying.

Best they're going to be able to do is increase international pressure on Israel to stop attacking them, in which case they'll be a ceasefire, 1-2 years later the rockets will start shooting across borders again and we'll be back at square one.
