A lot of the bigger cities in China, save for Beijing, have begun to embrace capitalism in a way. Communism is still rampant in rural areas.

There are actually a terrifying number of ways that different countries separate their radices and thousands; it's really weird, considering most still use Arabic numerals. You'd think something like would be set in stone with the system...
