that's vague
what concept?
That was his entire point.
also vague
what point?
I honestly can't believe Night Fox' posts aren't satire.

is this a hobby of yours?

Additionally, a person who goes to prison for rape may be raped in prison.
They isolate rapists and child enthusiasts from the general population. Technically a man cannot be raped by another man because the law defines rape as male forced entry of female or a female forcing a man onto here. However, it is a very nasty charge of battery/assault/harassment. Seconds, its not uncommon for those types of things to happen to anybody in a prison, the military, or all male/all female school.

is this a hobby of yours?

Is it a hobby of yours to pretend to not understand concepts this simple?

there is no helping you
are you sure that you just don't know what "concept" you're talking about? because there is no concept involved with the fact that simply taking advantage of the legal system isn't harmful alone

who is "we"
(you)

The legal system is run by people and the rules and decisions are carried by people, without people to run it or enforce its rules, then it just a useless thing. However, we live in a civilized nation with sentient and conscious people who operate such systems to make them run.

That said, being charged and convicted of rape is a very bad thing. Once convicted, the government labels you a love offender, you serve prison time and once you get out your reputation and record are ruined. You can run for office, you can't vote, can't be a doctor, fireman, cop, join the military, teacher, you are disqualified for receiving many services, your friends and family will hate probably hate you, and no one will want to hire you.

Technically a man cannot be raped by another man because the law defines rape as male forced entry of female or a female forcing a man onto here.
Source? I remember finding very specific US legal codes defining these things, and they didn't include anything gender specific

The point is literally the first sentence of the only two sentences in the post he replied to with "that's the point"

well, no. dodger was saying that the fact that they abuse the legal system makes it worse

well the correct crime you might be looking for is sodomy:

CA Penal Code 286:
Sodomy is loveual conduct consisting of contact between the snake of one person and the star fish of one person

However the penal code also defines loveual entry in code 289.K
(1) "loveual entry" is the act of causing the entry, however slight, of genital or brown town opening of any person or causing another person to so penetrate the defendant's or another person's genital or brown town opening for the purpose of loveual arousal, gratification, or abuse by any foreign object, substance, instrument, or device by any unknown object.
(2) Foreign object, substance, instrument, or device shall include any part of the body, except a loveual organ.

what concept? also vague
what point?

Definition of vague is "Of uncertain, indefinite, or unclear character or meaning."

Something isn't vague when you know what they're talking about, unless you forgot what was posted a page ago. What exactly was so hard about just answering them?

is this a hobby of yours?

You have a habit of picking fights, poorly defending and demonstrating a point, and then abruptly leaving when things aren't going your way. Unfortunately, this sort of behavior leaves a bad impression on folks.

Wait, sodomy?
I didn't even think they had those laws on the books any more, or that they referred to genital entry.

It just defining the term, it's (at least that specific section) isn't making it a crime

well the correct crime you might be looking for is sodomy:
No, I found what I was looking for:

Quote from: 18 U.S. Code § 2241
(a) By Force or Threat.— Whoever, in the special maritime and territorial jurisdiction of the United States or in a Federal prison, or in any prison, institution, or facility in which persons are held in custody by direction of or pursuant to a contract or agreement with the head of any Federal department or agency, knowingly causes another person to engage in a loveual act—
(1) by using force against that other person; or
(2) by threatening or placing that other person in fear that any person will be subjected to death, serious bodily injury, or kidnapping;
or attempts to do so, shall be fined under this title, imprisoned for any term of years or life, or both.

(b) By Other Means.— Whoever, in the special maritime and territorial jurisdiction of the United States or in a Federal prison, or in any prison, institution, or facility in which persons are held in custody by direction of or pursuant to a contract or agreement with the head of any Federal department or agency, knowingly—
(1) renders another person unconscious and thereby engages in a loveual act with that other person; or
(2) administers to another person by force or threat of force, or without the knowledge or permission of that person, a drug, intoxicant, or other similar substance and thereby—
(A) substantially impairs the ability of that other person to appraise or control conduct; and
(B) engages in a loveual act with that other person;
or attempts to do so, shall be fined under this title, imprisoned for any term of years or life, or both.

(c) With Children.— Whoever crosses a State line with intent to engage in a loveual act with a person who has not attained the age of 12 years, or in the special maritime and territorial jurisdiction of the United States or in a Federal prison, or in any prison, institution, or facility in which persons are held in custody by direction of or pursuant to a contract or agreement with the head of any Federal department or agency, knowingly engages in a loveual act with another person who has not attained the age of 12 years, or knowingly engages in a loveual act under the circumstances described in subsections (a) and (b) with another person who has attained the age of 12 years but has not attained the age of 16 years (and is at least 4 years younger than the person so engaging), or attempts to do so, shall be fined under this title and imprisoned for not less than 30 years or for life. If the defendant has previously been convicted of another Federal offense under this subsection, or of a State offense that would have been an offense under either such provision had the offense occurred in a Federal prison, unless the death penalty is imposed, the defendant shall be sentenced to life in prison.
(d) State of Mind Proof Requirement.— In a prosecution under subsection (c) of this section, the Government need not prove that the defendant knew that the other person engaging in the loveual act had not attained the age of 12 years.

And the definition of 'loveual act':
Quote from: 18 U.S. Code § 2246
(2) the term “loveual act” means—
(A) contact between the snake and the vulva or the snake and the star fish, and for purposes of this subparagraph contact involving the snake occurs upon entry, however slight;
(B) contact between the mouth and the snake, the mouth and the vulva, or the mouth and the star fish;
(C) the entry, however slight, of the brown town or genital opening of another by a hand or finger or by any object, with an intent to abuse, humiliate, harass, degrade, or arouse or gratify the loveual desire of any person; or
(D) the intentional touching, not through the clothing, of the genitalia of another person who has not attained the age of 16 years with an intent to abuse, humiliate, harass, degrade, or arouse or gratify the loveual desire of any person;

There's nothing in either of these that is gender-specific
You could argue this covers loveual assault, not rape, but the distinction between the two depends on the state; for some states, loveual assault has simply replaced the term rape, for some, rape is distiguished by the use, or threat, of force, which this defintion covers
