You have my sympathy, I unexpectedly lost my great grandfather last Halloween due to pneumonia and heart complications from secondhand smoke, it was a week before his 88th birthday and knowing him and his family he still would have been around another ten years or so. I'm really sorry for your loss, and just remember that she lived a long life and is in a better place now :'(
