you can buy an M4 and an mp5sd from a gun store, as long as it has a class 3 license to sell suppressors and government issued fully automatic weapons
but i'm not sure about a famas

you can't get an "assault" rifle even in texas (where there are no laws restricting long guns if over 18) if you're under 18, which you and bambooXD both are (if your profile ages are correct) and both have (your FAMAS and his vector, respectively)
