Fixing little scratches on a 3DS

So as I was cleaning my room today I accidentally ran my almost brand new 3DS across the floor and now it has a couple of tiny scratches across its bottom. They're so small that you couldn't find them unless you were looking for them, but they're still there enough that it bothers me. What kind of plastic is this and can I use any kind of scratch remover on it?

the CD scratch repair stuff might work too
