To help you better understand what I mean, here's an example.
Some random person is a single mother with five children. They're currently living off of welfare and are barely getting by. Said family all have cellphones, all five children have a new pair of Jordans, and they spend more money on video games then they do on food.

it pisses me off, especially when they complain about it

Because they probably aren't going to go to college in the first place.

of course im jealous that they'd get government aid to go to college when i can barely get anything
caught me. im jealous that i want to go to college and may not be able to

I don't like how the government just hands out everything on a silver platter to those who won't work for it.
If they can't work for it, then it's understandable, but even then there're some jobs for the mentally disabled or physically disabled.
