I'm not trying to self medicate with alcohol I guess I turn to alcohol when I don't care anymore and I already feel myself loosing it
Becuae honestly from personal experience i do less damage to myself and stuff when I drink than when I depressed and sober

Yeah they're pretty gross, but they're convenient as forget and people don't look at you weird like they do when you're using an e-cig.

but they're soooo good for anxiety, seriously. i know they're bad for your body n stuff but they make me feel so much better when i'm feeling nervous.
