No, the legal age doesn't exist, it's illegal for everyone (outside of CO, where there is no legal age to grow, only to possess and consume). 21 isn't the legal age for anything besides drinking, and nobody besides me (and by extension Twente and Nick) has talked about alcohol for pages. For every other age-restricted legal activity, the legal age is 18. |
