Smoking a cigar on the beach one day is harmful for your body?

Wrong, neither of these are harmful for your body unless they're ABUSED

No, they are still harm your body except when not used in excess your body is more likely to wear out by natural factors before the effects of the usage of drugs is noticed. Slowly but surely your organs get tainted with the usage of drugs like walls deteriorate after getting a new coat of paint.

It's the same with everything, like excess sugar and diabetes.

Why dont you just leave the thread. People here are just trying to discuss their drug use and you are not going to change them. You're only being dramatic and it's clearly unwanted.

I've had an ER morphine and it gives me a loving killer headache.

Also man cigars aren't really that awful for you at all, especially since most people only smoke them occasionally due to their price. Also not inhaling with cigars makes them way less damaging than pretty much every other smoking tobacco.

Not to nitpick but sugar doesn't really cause diabetes, it's carbs and that's only type 2. Also as diabetes is researched more and more it's being shown that genetics also play a large part in type 2 diabetes.

Maybe you should just leave, you're clearly scraping the barrel to prove to yourself that you're right.

So when a doctor tells you that excessive drug use is bad, would you say he is being dramatic? Look, I know a lot of you here make excuses for your poor habits, but don't make it seem like it is ok to use drugs.
