In some states now, I believe that you have to be 21 and up to purchase tobacco products.

but do you honestly think parents are going to get weed for their kids? they understand epilepsy but they don't understand anxiety/depression.

Yes. I don't think they'd allow their child to smoke it though, because that'd make them a bad parent. Nothing is wrong with a capsule filled with cannabis gel/oil inside though, or a spoonful of cannabis oil or even a brownie or candy. Smoking it though and giving that to a child as medicine? Unacceptable.
