How is your home situation? Enlighten me, please. --- End quote --- How do I deal with stress? I think about the situation, and see if there is anything I can do to fix it. I never let a problem go or just "give up". In addition, if I am in a bad environment or under stress, then I'll listen to music or take a walk outside to deal with it. I'd also maybe call a friend to get my mind away from that topic. Also, my home situation is my business. |
