colorados legalization was a big deal because a lot of employers wanted to drug test to be able to fire off employees without penalties themselves

Colorado hit it rough with legalization. They had nothing to model after so they were going off a hope and dream.
Went to buy some febreeze, got incense instead. Much better choice. (And cheaper, it's $3 for a bottle of air freshener. $1 for a 40 pack of incense sticks) The holder was an additional $1 but now I have that so it's not a problem.
