Sometimes smoke can hit you too hard. Too much smoke intake probably, 4 hits can be a lot of smoke if you're a big-hitter.
Unless he meant 4 hits all together and not at once. In that case not sure

Only time I ever felt nauseous from smoking was when I had 3 consecutive bong bowls in little time. I was still new to smoking but I didn't throw up.

I've thrown up from smoking like 8 times now what the forget. I mean its always when i push my limits but still
