I'm trying to break my really unhealthy caffeine addiction, but I end up getting painstaking headaches to the point where I can't function. I've tried taking acetaminophen tablets and tylenol, but it's not use. I broke and had to go get a case of 7up. Do you guys know any over-the-counter stuff that can help me out? |

Yeah I'm trying to avoid caffeine but just drinking soda helps. It's milder as of now, but I still gotta find a permanent solution |
