like trinick said DMT is immensely more potent but LSD is a longer lasting experience

I can't tell what youre asking here but I'll try my best to respond with what you want
if you're asking me about my lifestyle I hike several miles daily and make a solid effort to workout every other day. Nothing intense just to maintain my body type and the ability to move my own body weight with ease(for climbing and extreme sport purposes)
