Dispensaries set their own prices for the most part. It's a regional thing. There's no stable market for marijuana yet and consumers tend to have pretty elastic demand for weed.

i love this show
at least the episodes i watched
i skipped a few because theyre basic weed documentary type things that i really dont need any more info on
but their episode on females in the business was really nice
so was the one about africa
and the one about the children was insane
