ambien is some terrible stuff. I had a prescription for it, makes you act unusual, gives you anger issues, and can even make you black out for hours. Get off that stuff man.

had a friend who got (kinda?) addicted to ambien. idk how bad it was exactly, but when he got off of it he was going through withdrawls, and he took them p consistently. saw a big change in personality when he started getting p reliant on it. would suggest you deal with it soon

prescription sleep aid. It's prescribed fairly often because it's not as addictive as a benzo or opiate (at least I don't think it is). Has a bunch of side effects like not remembering a day or anger. I experienced a day long blackout and a woman I knew did the same and hit & bit her husband. stuffs cray

it worked well for my insomnia but when I took it before bed and woke up 60 or so miles away two days later I was done.
