tylenol can also kill people without your liver defect very easily
which makes it worse than marijuana

edit: i guess im for marijuana legalization but i wouldn't do it unless it was legal where i live

Legalization isn't a good idea. Decriminalization would be a better term, because if it is legal then the government is going to have to regulate it, put taxes on it and stuff. Decriminalization would just make it not illegal to grow/posses/use. If it was legalized, thousands would be put out of business because everyone could just go down the street and buy some $10 gram from a government dispensary.

generally, legalization is exclusively used for marijuana, and decriminalization is used for other harder drugs in the eyes of users, with penalties still for dealers and manufacturers. anyone who actually says as a blanket term 'illegal drug legalization', it's best for them to be put out of anywhere where they can be heard, like a well.

It should be legalized only for medicinal use. Why should anyone be able to get a hold of it, rather than those who need it the most with chronic life-threatening diseases? It should remain criminalized for recreational usage.
