i'm a bit concerned with people holding hits in longer because of the potential for brain damage as not much oxygen is getting to you during the time that you've been holding it

It's not like you hold it in for a whole minute or anything though. Holding your breath under water is probably more dangerous.

I was out with friends last night of the fourth of july and they made me send pics to prove I was with who I was with and I was where I said I'd be. Is that really not overprotective?

my parents made me do the same stuff when i said i was sleeping over at a friend of mine's house bc i had gotten caught getting drunk and sleeping at my ex's house multiple times before that lol. they quit doing that type of stuff after a while because i just flat out wouldn't come home for a couple days at a time so they just trusted me to be safe and stuff. i'm on probation right now, 8 o'clock curfew and stuff and they call my PO for the slightest of stuff. she doesn't really care though, she's chill as forget.

ya didn't tell us what you did, but I'm sure that she's dealing with a lot of people who are more deserving of probation. So she's probably like eh this kids fine.

lol i got a felony for burglarizing a business so i'm lucky to not be in detention right now. i know a bunch of people who had her before and they all said that she'll let a lot of stuff slide, including a few failed piss tests as long as i'm honest about it. so basically if i know im gonna fail i just gotta tell her and she'll let it slide but probably give me more drug classes or something.

well uh... have fun getting a job now, just saying.

charge was moved down to misdemeanor theft & juveniles can get their records sealed from the public sir
the only time it'd work against me is if i get arrested with anything else, they can bring that charge up and be like "oh, you did this in the past so we're gonna put you in jail instead of on probation"

That sucks. I got charged with a misdemeanor for presentation of false identification, but pleaded (apparently that's the correct word rather than plead) it down to an infraction of disturbing the peace w/ a $200 fine and 24 hours of community service (of which I did like 16 at a church and they wrote me down for the whole thing). I'm not a minor though, so if I'd gotten tacked with the misdemeanor I wouldn't be able to expunge it for like two years or something.

i walked into an unlocked building at night and did some stuff i shouldn't have

got arrested at school a few days later

i owe $4400 in restitution + like 45 hours community service for my probation.

plus my family is getting sued now

;-)

I got handcuffed to a desk for stealing candy and a nerf gun at kmart when i was 13 if that counts.
