I try to scroll through the brick list and the tools, but it takes at least 2 seconds to switch it when it's not laggy at all, while I'm scrolling very fast. How do I fix this?

You probably have a smooth-scrolling mouse. (typically a Microsoft mouse) Yes?

Yes, I have a Microsoft mouse but it somehow worked before...

You'll have to turn off smooth scrolling via the program your mouse installed.

It's a physical thing on most MS mice. OP, does scrolling the wheel cause a "clicking" sensation? Or does it scroll smoothly?
