You don't seem to be installing the add-on properly. Place the .zip in your add-ons folder.
DO NOT extract the files. If you use steam, the folder is probably under C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Blockland\
If you do not use steam, then it's probably under C:\Users\UserName\Documents\Blockland

Stop with the stupid loving unrelated links, this is the Help board, not Off Topic. So you downloaded the systems_ReturnToBlockland.zip and placed it within C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Blockland\Add-Ons\

Try following our instructions again. Put RTB in your add-ons folder. When you start a server there should be a colorsets option.

remember to restart Blockland after putting the RTB file in the Add-Ons folder.
