You're the one recommending a card clearly above $100 by being $109.99, so clearly there is some wiggle room or the OP didn't update his title.

do you even know it can fit in your case

it should fit; it's a small card

I'm more worried if he has the right slot

also, Randomness, I chose the R7 250X because it's very low heat output, the GTX might not have enough breathing room in a small chassis (which is what I'm assuming he's dealing with)

though it does require a 6 pin power line from the PSU so that's probably a problem too

I'm going to be the better guy here and instead recommend a GTX 750 as opposed to a 750 ti, since some in particular

http://www.amazon.com/Zotac-GeForce-21GB-Graphics-Card/dp/B00JWWD6Q2/ref=sr_1_26?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1407826476&sr=1-26

are right at the $99.99 mark, just in case he wants a 2nd choice. The 750 (non ti) has some advantages over the 250x, but I admit that the 250x does a better job at texel rates (at the cost of almost double power consumption, seriously what the forget.)

Also, that card does not have 21GB. If it did, it'd be the best card ever. Mistakes are funny.

Yeah no the R7 needs a 6 pin, the 750 doesnt, he can't use the R7

my mistake; sorry

I'd be leery of zotac though, I've never heard of them and even well known builders have been known to have issues (MSi anyone?)

All manufactures have defect units, it just depends if you get a working unit or not. Some have a slightly higher RMA rate, but its not in a company's best interest to have a lot of defect units obviously.

lovey is what it is

<3

y'know, I have a Quadro in my laptop. ;)

i used to run the cheapo radeons.

they run better than what i had but since now i have something that can handle a bigger card i went the 760 GTX overclock route.

probably gt640

can personally recommend, is a decent card for the price. Plays most games at a good FPS, providing you twiddle with the graphical options.
