There is no possible way to make an accurate list of 'elite' on this forum without some kind of factual, hard milestone achievement. It's all opinion.

For example, how is Emo_Freak, a member of negative opinion by a vast majority of the forum for repeated, consistent loveually explicit and disgusting trolling, considered an 'elite' user? Has he contributed some sort of gargantuan innovation that has revolutionized the content creation on Blockland that could possibly balance out his behavior? No, he is your friend.

There is no possible way to consolidate this list. It will become a popularity contest.
