It has nothing to do with race? Why are civil rights activists getting involved then? Do they think that the officer had a racial motive because he was white, and the man he shot was black? If this was black on black, do you think anyone would care? No because it happens all the time in every American metropolitan area. To say this isn't about race is ridiculous.

Anybody who says that racism died in the Seventies is misguided. Many of the people who grew up under segregation on both sides are still alive, and even if they were dead some of the attitudes might have rubbed off on their children.

Apparently the two handguns found by the police were found when they stopped a car. Neither had been used in the protests.

So I don't know if anyone's said this

But apparently the police, in 2009, picked up a guy named Henry Davis

They we're looking for a different Henry Davis, but they kept this guy locked up anyways even after the fact.

So they beat him up. For some reason the camera just happened to be sped up to 32x normal speed at that exact moment.

He had to go to the hospital. He looked like stuff. He was in severe condition.

Then the police tried to charge him with vandalism because he bled on their uniforms!

But they dropped the charges after the news broke out of this incident.
