We join war with ottomans because their name sounds like a swamp monster against Cthulhu and we want to put Cthulhu's army to the test.

We use our navy to drop soldiers down on a beach of Ottoman and they are met with shiny new beautiful rifles with a Cthulhu head carved into each one as well as naval cannons and other cannons.
