As for the teens that tortured the poor kid, the full 11 years seems good enough. Hopefully they change into something better. If not, then they graduate to thug 2.0 and end up joining one of the prison gangs.

As for the victim, well I hope he sues the teen and gets some money out of to afford some plastic surgery to deal with that swastika scar.

You can heal a knife slash, as in let the skin rejoin, but a scar will probably be there for years.

If it was a deep enough cut there is a more likely chance the scar will be permanent.
