I did the AP CS test without being in the class. It only took reading the prep book over (I skipped the practice questions so it was very light reading) and then I studied every day for a bit in the week before the test. Got a 5. That's probably one of the easiest AP courses.
lol wtf was on that cs test

"what is this course called"
"what is your name"
"what color was george washington's white horse"

???

some high school "computer science" classes are basically just computer literacy. like making sure you know how to navigate Windows and know the difference between a monitor and a computer. and stuff like that

OHH
I guess that was the case with me

Anyway good luck Camel

im so nervous. i got a c- minus in physics last year

how the forget did i do it

i think i got like a B on the final tho so

why are you taking AP physics if you already took regular physics?
well I guess you wouldn't know why. definitely at least try to talk to a counselor about it

the thing is, i legitimately like physics. it's the funnest science class because there's a ton of cool labs and projects. I'm definitely not saying "i'm gonna fail oh god", but rather this is gonna be a real challenge.

oh wow that's pretty pathetic

you'll already have knowledge in the subject so you'll be well prepared for the extra curriculum in the AP class

OT: If your school is like mine they absolutely will not let you drop an AP class after you've been put in. Last year with AP World History I tried hard before school started and a few days in to get out of the class but even though I went as far as meeting with the principal about it they kept me locked in and I had to stay in the class (and haul ass to get the summer project done).
Sorry :(

the thing is, our school has 3,000 people in it and it's made for only 1,000, so it's real unlikely you can switch classes 'cus they're all full... and if i can get good grades this year i might actually be able to go to a UC
stuff i keep forgetting you guys are in big schools
mine was only meant to hold like 250 to 300 students but we're close to 400 this year and it's so crowded in the halls. all these freshmen don't know respect, man. one tried to take my assigned seat and if i were in the #thuglyfe i would've hit him with my 1200 page geometry textbook.

say function and acceleration a lot

>400

ppsh

the stairways in my school get so gridlocked you can literally fall backwards and get carried by the current

we're all one-story. 8th period passing time is the worst though because then you have swarms of kids all stuck in one junction, all trying to get to basketball/cheer/football/jrotc at once and everyone trying to pass through to adjacent halls just get stuck and block everyone

I have 4 AP classes this year (junior)

AP Composition
AP Physics
AP US
AP Java

stuff is gonna loving SUCK.

Computer Science AP Exam: just practice tracing loops, that's literally 90% of the multiple choice. For the essays make sure you know grid world well.

source: took this last year, got 5
