And no, he is not going to only use it for work. So also stop suggesting a laptop.

that's what mine is
only five hundred dollars
but if it's running blockland with shaders its breaking point is a large build with medium shaders

Yeah, Asus computers are pretty reliable pre-built from my experience.

buy a ouya and pretend its good. everyone is doing it
i actually don't think i know a single person that owns an ouya
and one of my friends is a software engineer who has to buy every piece of major hardware for work

If you seriously want a prebuilt one, just get any one from a PC store. There was really no point to this, most pre-built ones are the same minus Windows versions and if they're laptop or not.
